For the first time ever, Vans has collaborated with Swedish footwear retailer Sneakersn'stuff.

The resulting shoe, a version of Van's OG Classic Slip-On LX from the more exclusive Vault line, was inspired by Stockholm, and more specifically, the pattern on the Sergels Torg square. It uses the square's iconic pattern in a playful nod to Van's classic check print.

The project is part of Sneakersn'stuff's expansion, and the idea is for Vans and SNS to release a new shoe for each new city that SNS opens a shop in.

"SNS has become a big player in the sneaker world and Stockholm has a rich street culture. To be a part of their expansion is incredibly exciting," says Andreas Olsson, Country Sales Manager at Vans.

In addition to the shoe, SNS has also produced 50 limited-edition skateboards with the Stockholm print, and released a short film where SNS chooses its favourite Stockholm places. The boards and shoe, which is also a limited edition, are available in the Sneakersn'stuff stores in Stockholm, Malmö and London and online now.
