Wolford to lose its CFO

Just a few months after the arrival of its new CEO, Ashish Ensarma, Wolford has to deal with the departure of another of its executive trio. The Austrian footwear and underwear label has indeed announced the departure of its CFO, Thomas Melzer.

The departure of the Chief Financial Officer will take effect on July 31, 2015. Thomas Melzer, who held the position for three years, will not be replaced. His responsibilities will be divided between two other executive board members, Ashish Ensarma and VP Axel Dreher. 

In a restructuring phase, Wolford will thus use the occasion to reorganise the top tier of its organisation chart.
