Wonderland Mag to open London retail pop-up

Published
Dec 13, 2016

Wonderland Magazine just opened the doors of its very first pop-up venture. The shop, located in Piccadilly in London, will stock home goods, garments, accessories, beauty products and print publications all chosen by the magazine's staff.

The Wonderland pop-up - Wonderland

The pop culture mag’s new retail space will take over 1,076-square-feet, stocking buzzy brands frequently featured in the glossy’s print publications. Pieces by Stussy, Christopher Shannon,  Markus Lupfer, Aries, and Nicopanda (headed by Nicola Formichetti) will available for purchase.

The store opened December 12 and will remain open for six months, acting as a space for the magazine to not only sell curated products, but host events and talks during the upcoming fashion week.

This marks the third fashion magazine to embark on a retail venture amidst the dying world of print publications. Earlier in the fall, New York Magazine launched a stand-alone website for its retail section The Strategist.

On Monday morning, 10 Magazine announced that it would launch a curated selection of purchasable products via its new e-commerce platform 10curates.

The new Wonderland space is located at 192 Piccadilly.
