Wu-Tang Clan teams with Rezin eyewear on limited-edition wooden glasses

Here comes another fashion and accessories collab to add to the list. This time, it's the legendary hip-hop band Wu-Tang Clan that has teamed up with Paris-based eco-conscious eyewear brand Rezin for an unexpected partnership. The result is a pair of handmade wooden glasses, available via the brand's online store.

This collaboration hasn't come about by chance, landing just after the "Wu Lab" exhibition celebrating the band's 25th anniversary premiered in the French capital (May 5-18, 2017). The Rezin brand, which makes trendy wooden eyewear, has designed an exclusive model in partnership with Wu-Tang Clan.

The "WU," as the model is called, has ebony wood frames and "clip-on" grey polarized lenses. It is available as sunglasses or regular glasses. This model offers category-three-level protection -- the most widely-used category -- protecting eyes from the sun's rays in the city, the mountains or at the beach.

The "WU," which ships with a folding cork hard case, will feature in upcoming editions of the Wu-Tang Clan exhibition, which is now heading to London and Tokyo.

The Wu-Tang Clan x RezinWood limited-edition collab is out now on the eyewear brand's website, priced at €260.
