Kate Spade unveils two-level store on Regent Street
Apr 5, 2016
This spring, preppy American retailer Kate Spade has found a new home at 182 Regent Street. Launched at the end of March, the boutique marks the brand’s fourth speciality store in the UK.
The Regent Street store spreads across two levels and features product categories including handbags, ready to wear, fashion accessories, small leather goods, tech accessories, jewellery, watches, shoes, eyewear, stationery and home décor.
“We remain focused on our two key axes of growth – geographic expansion and product category expansion – and selected the Regent Street location based on customer demand and existing success in this market”, said Craig Leavitt, CEO of Kate Spade & Company, when the opening was announced.
The brand also has stores in London’s Covent Garden, Sloane Square and Westfield shopping centre, but the new outpost on Regent Street offers customers the opportunity to experience the breadth of the Kate Spade New York lifestyle offerings.
In celebration of the opening, the retailer designed a limited-edition bag that is offered for free to customers who spend £250 or more.
