Abercrombie & Fitch teams with Operation Warm to donate 10,000 new coats to children

Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s Hollister brand has announced its collaboration with Operation Warm to provide 10,000 new coats to children in need throughout the United States and in Columbus, OH, location of the company headquarters.

The “Buy a Coat, Give a Coat” program will donate a new children’s coat for each winter coat sold online or in Hollister stores between December 1-13, up to 8,000 coats. The program will also donate another 2,000 coats via Twitter—one for each campaign-related tweet.

Fran Horowitz, Brand President of Hollister, said of the campaign, “We know that there are many families across the country who struggle to provide warm coats for their children and we are excited to be able to provide some relief to them this holiday season.” Operation Warm Chairman & Founder Richard Sanford thanked Hollister for its donations.
