With the opening of the 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival only a few days away, French fashion label Agnès B. has paid tribute to iconic US director David Lynch, by releasing two T-shirts designed by the director of `Twin Peaks´ himself.

The creation of these tee-shirts, exclusively available at Agnès B. stores and online, was inspired by David Lynch's renewed presence at the Cannes festival, which will screen two episodes from the third season of the `Twin Peaks´ series. Also, two of the US director's feature films will soon be released in cinemas and on DVD in France.

Agnès B. is very close to the film world and has been David Lynch's label of choice for many years, another factor that led to the launch of this mini-collection. It joins the ranks of the fashion label's artist-designed tee-shirts, which notably include pieces by Gilbert and George, Gus Van Sant and Claude Lévêque. The David Lynch-designed ones feature original sketches by the director on a neutral background.

Two David Lynch movies, "Eraserhead" and "Twin Peaks, Fire Walk With Me", will be released in a DVD collection launched by Agnès B. on 4th July in partnership with Parisian DVD store and production company Potemkine and in collaboration with MK2.
