Aimee Song launches collection with Revolve

Instagram influencer Aimee Song, known for her blog Song of Style, has launched her own fashion line with Revolve.

The Song of Style brand marks both Song's first full clothing line and Revolve's first long-term brand partnership with an influencer, after several short-term collaborations. According to multiple reports, the Song of Style pieces have been produced by Alliance Apparel, Revolve's design house. 

The Song of Style collection launched exclusively on Revolve on May 13, offering sizes XXS through XXL with prices ranging from $88 to $278. 

A range of dresses, shorts, skirts, tops, jumpsuits, pants and blazers, items from the collection pack an Instagram-friendly punch: colorful fruit prints, pastels, florals and gingham abound in styles reportedly inspired by fashion icons like Princess Diana and Samantha Jones of 'Sex and the City'. 

Revolve first began to leverage influencer marketing in 2009, launching its first collaborative capsule with an influencer in 2013. In an interview published by Forbes, Revolve's co-CEO Michael Mente said Revolve now has over 3,500 influencers in its network.

Prior to the new Song of Style brand, Song has only participated in two design collaborations during her 10-year career as a blogger, including with Brazilian shoe brand Schutz and Korean sunglass brand, Gentle Monster.
