Woodruff comes on as Chief Financial Officer and Montemarano joins as Senior Vice President of International Sales and Retail.

Woodruff has 35 years of finance experience under his belt. The past 20 of those years he has spent at Nike and Nike-owned Converse. He will lead fiscal growth and global finances for Alex and Ani. Woodruff will report to Cindy DiPietrantonio, Chief Operating Officer, at Alex and Ani.

While at Nike, Woodruff most recently was VP and CFO of Converse which holds a $3 billion dollar footprint on apparel and footwear. His Converse wins include converting licensed markets to owned subsidiaries, expanding the direct-to-consumer business both at retail and ecomm, and leading a 160 employee global finance team. Prior to his senior role at Converse, Woodruff was VP and CFO of Nike's Affiliate Brands leading strategic finance and ops within that sphere.

Montemarano most recently comes from LA-based James Perse, and brings over 25 years of retail and sales experience to Alex and Ani. He specializes in global distribution, international sales, operations, and business development.

Alex and Ani will rely on his retail background as they grow and reposition their retail presence, as well as expand into more global markets. Montemarano will report to Suzanne Turcotte, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.

Both Woodruff and Montemarano will work at Alex and Ani's Cranston, Rhode Island headquarters.
