Alfred Dunhill names new CEO

Luxury brand Dunhill, belonging to the Richemont group, has announced that Eraldo Poletto will become the new CEO of the company. The news comes not long after the Italian resigned from his position at Furla last week. Poletto was formerly managing director and head of international marketing at Brooks Brothers, a major American luxury menswear brand, much like Dunhill in the UK.

After spending two years with Furla in Bologna, Eraldo Poletto will replace Christopher Colfer at Alfred Dunhill; the only brand within the Richemont group wholly dedicated to menswear. Christopher Colfer is said to have been promised a position in general management at Richemont.
