Avon to launch several new collaborations under LG Household & Health Care
New Avon -- the privately-held North American company that split from Avon Products Inc. in 2016 -- is set to debut a lineup of new product collaborations under the new ownership of Korean parent company LG Household & Health Care, Ltd.
Under the LG H&H umbrella, Avon said it will unveil multiple cross-LG brand partnerships later this year, taking advantage of LG’s portfolio of popular Korean brands.
Upcoming collaborations include an Avon partnership with Korean beauty company and LG flagship, The Face Shop, for a collection of skincare and makeup in exclusive shade ranges and new-to-Avon formats, including the "cushion" formulations of foundation, highlighter, and blush.
Currently, The Face Shop operates 1,200 multi-brand stores in Korea.
Other future collaborations include Avon x Chi, a capsule of three hair care products made from certified organic botanicals like aloe vera, pomegranate and hibiscus.

In addition to the product partnerships, Avon said it plans to launch new programs under LG, including a new reward program made with Swarovski Created Diamonds meant to recognize top team builders.
LG announced that it would be acquiring New Avon for $125 million in April of this year, with the intent to boost LG’s international growth in North America.
