Bebe launches updated online store and loyalty program
E-commerce provider Branded Online has partnered with Bebe for a newly debuted online store.
According to a press release, the new direct-to-consumer bebe.com site features "mobile-responsive design, intuitive user interface and [an] underlying analytics platform" that allows customers to find new products, get recommendations and access deals based on their interests, with purchase options accessible from any device.
As part of the partnership, Branded Online provides both the site's technology platform and creative, marketing, development, logistics and fulfillment support. Bebe said the new online store will debut additional product categories, as well as accessibility in multiple languages, in the near future.
“Cultivating a successful consumer lifestyle brand in the modern era requires not only astute vision and compelling product, but also personalized and connected shopping experiences, anchored by sophisticated technology,” said Jan Nugent, Branded Online's chief executive officer. “With its intuitive design and newly implemented, data-driven framework, [Bebe] is well positioned to scale quickly and deliver exponential growth in the online channel.”
The retailer said the new online rollout comes as part of its ongoing e-commerce strategy, which aims to streamline its operations and boost direct-to-consumer sales.
To accompany its revamped site, Bebe also rolled out new updates to its loyalty program, ClubBebe.
