Belstaff CEO Larry Hatkin has just welcomed two new senior managers into his company's ranks, only a few days before Belstaff's first runway show in New York, Hatkin's hometown and workplace.

Fiorenzo Schincaglia has been assigned to handle markets in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to this new position, the Italian executive was senior vice president at Giorgio Armani and currently is a member of the Belstaff board of directors, on which Tommy Hilfiger also sits since 2011. Fiorenzo Schincaglia's position was created especially for his arrival, a move that is a sign of Labelux's big ambitions for its sales growth.

Such is also the case for the Jeff Lasota's job, who joins the Belstaff board as director of wholesale and retail in North America, a region that is currently Belstaff's priority since it is opening a flagship store on Madison Avenue this month. It is a market that Jeff Lasota knows well. Previously he led operations for Stella McCartney in the United States.
