Big Flower, the fashion label from Greg and Stacy Ammon, on Friday reopened its East Hampton store on 23 Newtown Lane for the second season.
The brand that received its name from Greg Ammon’s first words as a child launched in 2016 and opened a 1,000-square-foot store, in addition to launching e-commerce. A traditional East Hampton cottage inspired the store that features a white shell interior and an outdoor side patio.
The flagship returns with a men’s collection that includes Big Flower’s best-selling swim trunks and Italian linens, as well as a women’s capsule collection and the debut of The Little Flower Collection for boys.
This year, the women’s collection introduces a line of custom hand beaded necklaces designed with gemstones and natural stones and inspired by the Hampton’s relaxed lifestyle. The collection also features a line of linen shirts that are similar to the men’s collection and draw inspiration by new fabrics.
The Little Flower Collection, the collection for boys ages 4 through 12, debuts with linen shirts and swim trunks that replicate the men’s designs. In addition, the Big Flower lifestyle collection includes silk pocket squares, hats and weekender bags, new linen blankets and towels.
“We’re excited to bring Big Flower back to East Hampton with a growing collection of summer essentials,” said Greg Ammon. “The brand continues to extend the Hamptons lifestyle to everyone through comfortable clothing and products that are versatile for a weekend away and all year round.
