Birchbox UK's Sally Scott is named Klekt CEO

Klekt, an online marketplace for sneakers and streetwear, has hired Sally Scott to be its first ever chief executive officer.

She joins the European retailer from Birchbox, the UK’s leading beauty subscription box, where she served as managing director from July 2018 until February this year. 

Her extensive career includes functions in fashion management and marketing including managing director and director of marketing roles at luxury fashion companies including Holt Renfrew in Canada, Selfridges in London and Value Retail, the owner of various outlet shopping villages in Europe and Asia.

Klekt, which is controlled by Undercover Brothers, said Scott will focus on building the business on a global scale. The product provides a platform to buy and sell the latest sneaker styles from brands including Adidas, Nike, Jordan and Supreme.

Undercover Brothers are also behind Presented By, the UK’s first sneaker consignment store located in Fitzrovia, London, as well as Crep Protect, a premium sneaker care brand.
