Brian Atwood debuts shoe capsule for Scarosso

Italian direct-to-consumer footwear brand Scarosso has teamed up with American designer Brian Atwood to launch its first collection of high heeled shoe-wear. 

Combining Italian elegance and American innovation, the collection is comprised of five brand new statement silhouettes infused with Atwood’s signature sought-after glamour. The staple styles include slingback pumps, classic pumps, over-the-knee boots and ankle-boots in two different heel sizes crafted in both simple and high-octane hues, and materials from mirrored napa leather to snakeskin textures and suede. 

“My collaboration with Scarosso was a perfect fit since they are a great Italian shoe manufacturer, and my work has a long history of Italian design,” said Atwood, in a news statement. “I wanted to create classic styles that should be a staple of every woman’s wardrobe with rich fabrications and an eye for simple, impactful design.”

It’s not the first time this duo has teamed up. Last year, Scarosso and Atwood collaborated on a capsule collection of velvet slippers for Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. 

As part of the collaboration, now available just ahead of the holidays, and the brands shared commitment to community, they will donate a portion of all proceeds from the collection to charity.
