Brickell City Centre, the 500,000-square-foot Miami shopping mall from Swire Properties, Inc. and retail co-developers Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group, is slated to open by the fall of 2016. So far, the shopping center has announced over 30 retailers and eateries that will set up shop, but this Wednesday it announced 40 new retail tenants including luxury brands, local favorites and first-time Miami flagships.

The new fashion tenants include Armani Collezioni, Intermix, Reiss, Orlebar Brown, Sundek, BDBA, Crocus, Koko & Palenki, Live!, Rhythm of Grace, SportsAction, 120% Lino and In-Sight. Other non-apparel fashion tenants include Audemars Piguet, Pandora, Nars and Italia Independent, among others.

Luxury brands will be located on Brickell City Centre’s first floor, and contemporary retailers, along with a mix of beauty, home décor, jewelry, apparel and other stores, will be situated on the second and third floors.

“As Brickell City Centre nears completion, our shopping center has already solidified its status as an urban shopping metropolis in the heart of the community,” said Debora Overholt, vice president of retail at Swire Properties. “Our multifaceted roster of global luxury and premium brands will no doubt position Brickell City Centre in the forefront of Miami’s retail evolution.”

The 40 new tenants joins a number of retailers already announced for the shopping mall, including Valentino, Chopard, Lululemon, Bally, La Perla, Giuseppe Zanotti Design, Coach, IRO, Stuart Weitzman and Saks Fifth Avenue, which will occupy three floors as the anchor tenant.
