Swire Properties, Inc. on Tuesday announced a number of luxury brands that are opening retail locations at Brickell City Centre. Giuseppe Zanotti, La Perla, Bally and Kiton are all slated to open locations at the 500,000-square-foot open-air shopping center by fall 2016.

"Brickell has long been an office, condo and hotel district with a scarcity in retail," said Debora Overholt, senior retail director at Swire Properties. "Our newly announced luxury retailers are coming from the world's top fashion capitals because they understand that Brickell City Centre will position them at the forefront of millions of international visitors, residents and daytime workers seeking quality brands."

Select stores will be housed on Brickell City Centre’s first floor amongst other luxury brands, and others will be located on the second and third floors with premium and contemporary beauty, home décor, jewelry and apparel retailers.

The four luxury retailers will join a number of brands that were announced to join the $1.05 billion mixed-use project including Valentino, Chopard, Lululemon, Harmont & Blaine, Cole Haan, Illesteva, OndadeMar, Ted Baker, Agent Provocateur, 100% Capri, Addict, Vilbrequin, APM Monaco and Saks Fifth Avenue, which signed on as Brickell’s anchor tenant.

The next group of retailers will be announced in November. The condominium, office and hotel components of Brickell City Centre are set to be complete at the beginning of winter 2015.
