Bucketfeet selects artists in Spain to create new collection
Jun 22, 2015
American brand Bucketfeet has just finished up a contest designed to integrate sneakers designed by artists in Spain into its new collection. The brand, which specializes in these kinds of operations around the world, has organized three events in Madrid, Barcelona and Alicante to seek out local artists who were asked to submit their proposals by April 19.
Bucketfeet will soon release the list of those lucky enough to be selected by the Bucketfeet team. The initiative comes at a time when the brand is expanding. Its growth has attracted the attention of Adidas Group, which appears to be interested in purchasing a stake, according to information relayed on social networks by Bucketfeet’s representatives in Spain and reported by Sport Diffusion.
Bucketfeet is an American brand that sells footwear designed by artists from around the world. It is present in some twenty countries. It is distributed in Spain by the Alicante-based Brands and BND Sport Company, which specializes in the sale and distribution of sports equipment with a network of ten stores and a short-term plan to expand to five more stores.
