Calvin Klein Underwear opens in Dominican Republic
Located at Centro Comercial Agora Mall, one of Santo Domingo’s most prestigious shopping destinations, the store offers women’s and men’s lingerie, sleepwear and loungewear.
Clean lines and a colour palette of black, white and bronze bring the brand’s products to life in an elegant and contemporary setting.
Calvin Klein said the launch of Calvin Klein Underwear represents a first phase of expansion which will be followed by the launch of the brand’s sportswear collection and lifestyle products. This strategy is designed to attract and engage millennial consumers, said Emmanuel Chirico, President and CEO to Forbes Mexico.
The announcement follows a string of new stores that have opened in the first half of the year in Ecuador, Uruguay, Panama and Chile.
International expansion has been a key part of the brand’s growth strategy and led to a 12% increase in sales to $726 million in the second quarter of 2016.
