“CANIFFF is thrilled and delighted to welcome a diverse array of national and international filmmakers to Calgary for the second year in a row, as we celebrate Fashion Film in Canada and around the world,” said Katrina Olson-Mottahed, Co-Founder of CANIFFF, in a news statement.

The two-day event will include screenings, awards and parties for fashion film lovers and industry influencers. On May 27, the event will kick off at Le Germain Hotel with a screening by Fashion Film Consultant, Niccolo Montanari, followed by a curated screening of Nick Knight’s History of Fashion Film. The day will also feature a panel discussion and will end with CANIFFF’s Pink Carpet Ceremony and Awards Screening, where festival winners will be announced.

Meanwhile, Sunday’s screenings will take place at the Globe Cinema, and will include a screening of CANIFFF Officially Selected Fashion Films and a screening of Made 2 Measure’s fashion documentary, Slim Aarons: The High Life.

The event is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased online at Canifff.com.
