Nielsen joined Coach in 2011 from PepsiCo where she most recently worked as CFO. She also served as PepsiCo Senior Vice President, Investor Relations.

Coach is currently searching for Nielsen’s successor with Crist Kolder Associates, and the company will appoint Andrea Shaw Resnick, Global Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, as interim CFO until a permanent date is made.

The announcement of Nielsen’s departure follows Coach’s recent job cuts. The company reduced its workforce by 2% in April, which led to the departure of President and COO Gebhard F. Rainer and President, Global Marketing, Digital and Consumer Experience David Duplantis. In addition, Andre Cohen was promoted to President, North America and Global Marketing, Todd Khan was named President, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary; and Diane Mahady became Coach Global Head of Merchandising.
