The three took home first, second and third place respectively in the graduate design competition. The award was held during Copenhagen Fashion Week on August 7th, with a ceremony that was organized by Revolver Cph Int. Fashion Tradeshow and hosted by Dr. Ane Lynge Jorlén. The prizes were presented by H.R.H. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.

Lundberg, of the Swedish School of Textiles, was given the top prize for her work “which involves elements you do not quite understand at first. Her work questions whether fashion has become a new religion. It explores how we in contemporary culture weil our identity and let emojis speak for us, connecting us in new communities," Designers' Nest said.

The jury included designer Peter Jensen and Dr. Ane Lynge Jorlén, who is a PHD Fashion Fashion Scholar and Curator. The winner receives a cash price of DKK 50,000 (about £4,740.00.)
