Differential Brands hires Nasty Gal exec Bob Ross as CFO

Differential Brands Group announced on Thursday that Bob Ross has been named Chief Financial Officer of the company. He will assume this role on January 30, 2017, and he will report to CEO Michael Buckley.

 
Ross brings 20 years of finance and operations experience to Differential. He heads to the company from Nasty Gal where he served as CFO for three years, and he served as CFO of Ideeli.
 
He also spent 13 years at Urban Outfitters in a number of finance and operations roles including Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance, Worldwide Controller, Treasurer and CFO.

Ross replaces Hamish Sandhu as CFO. Sandhu has served as Differential Brands Group CFO and Principal Accounting Officer since August 2007. He held similar roles at Joe’s Jeans prior to joining Differential.

Differential Brands Group is the premium apparel, footwear and accessories company that manages brands Hudson Jeans, Robert Graham and Swims.
