According to a press statement, the boutique features an open layout “embodying a contemporary atmosphere while maintaining a modern style that reflects the traditional elegance of the house of Dior.”

Inside, shoppers will find the label’s women’s and men’s bags and accessories displayed on marble tables and blade shelves, while men’s and women’s ready-to-wear are arranged on metal racks across from dedicated footwear areas. Fitting rooms are decorated with Dior’s signature Toile de Jouy print walls.

All products are organized according to a design element dubbed ‘Petals’, in honor of Christian Dior’s love of flowers, the brand said. Products will also be ‘cross-merchandised’ according to a new display concept first launched at the label’s Chams Elysée location.

Dior’s Hudson Yards flagship joins fellow fashion labels at the prime New York City retail location, including Cartier, Chanel, Coach, Fendi, Kate Spade, Kenzo and Louis Vuitton

Led by Artistic Director Maria Grazia Chiuri, Dior operates under the LVMH group. Outside of the United States, the label has been working to expand its retail presence in Paris with a new flagship on rue Saint-Honoré.
