Ellen Degeneres’ ED brand to partner with Camuto Group

Camuto Group on Tuesday announced that it has entered into a partnership with ED, Ellen Degeneres’ lifestyle collection, to launch ED footwear for the Spring 2016 season.

ED footwear consists of casual and athletic styles made of soft leather, suede, natural linen, canvas and denim in white, shades of blue and red.
 
Alex Del Cielo, Chief Executive Officer, Camuto Group, said, "We are excited to partner with Ellen and her ED by Ellen DeGeneres brand. Ellen has broad, global appeal and her interest in making stylish, comfortable footwear is a tremendous opportunity in the marketplace.  We anticipate strong brand growth and are eager to build the business together worldwide."

Since launching in June, ED has partnered with Gap Kids on a collection for young girls and with Bergdorf Goodman on a pop up store that opened today and will remain until September 30.

Camelot Group owns the footwear licenses for BCBGeneration, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Lucky Brand and Jessica Simpson Collection in addition to its in-house brands Vince Camuto and VC Signature Vince Camuto.
 
The ED footwear collection will range in price from $80 to $300 and will be available at better department stores and specialty boutiques.
