Estée Lauder Companies promotes three executives

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. announced Thursday three executive promotions effective January 1, 2016. Stephane de la Faverie, Beth DiNardo and Daniel Rachmanis have been promoted to Global Brand President, Origins and Darphin, Global Brand President, Smashbox and President, Latin America, respectively.
Stephane joined the company in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Global General Manager, Aramis and Designer Fragrances. He previously held the position as Senior Vice President/General Manager, Origins and Darphin, which he was appointed in April 2014. As Global Brand President, Origins and Darphin he will continue to report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, Group President, The Estée Lauder Companies.
DiNardo joined the company as Senior Vice President/Global General Manager, Smashbox after The Estée Lauder Companies acquired the brand in 2010. In her new position, she will continue to report to John Demsey, Executive Group President, The Estée Lauder Companies.
Lastly, Rachmanis joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 2007 as Senior Vice President, International Development/General Manager, BeautyBank. He led the company’s expansion in Latin America since 2009 when he was named Senior Vice President, General Manager, Latin America and International Business Development. Rachmanis will continue to report to Cedric Prouvé, Group President International, The Estée Lauder Companies in his new position.
