Estée Lauder makes leadership updates for Glamglow

Estée Lauder on Friday announced two leadership changes related to Glamglow, the skincare brand from Glenn and Shannon Dellimore that Estée Lauder acquired in 2015. Effective October 15, 2016, Beth DiNardo will assume the title of Global Brand President, Smashbox and Glamglow and Paula Pontes will re-join the company as Senior Vice President/Global General Manager, Glamglow, effective November 1, 2016.

DiNardo will add Glamglow to her responsibilities after having led Smashbox since the company’s acquisition in 2010. At Smashbox, she expanded the brand’s footprint to more than 40 markets. As Global Brand President, Smashbox and Glamglow, DiNardo will continue to report to John Demsey, Executive Group President, The Estée Lauder Companies.
 
Pontes rejoins The Estée Lauder Companies succeeding Reinaldo Gonzalez as SVP/Global General Manager, Glamglow. She initially joined the company in 2009 to oversee the acquisition of Smashbox. Pontes most recently served as Executive Vice President of Strategy for Swarovski Consumer Goods Business.

As SVP/Global General Manager, Pontes will drive new development opportunities and relationships in all countries and channels for the brand. She will be based at Glamglow’s Hollywood headquarters and will work closely with Glenn and Shannon Dellimore who will remain with the company as Creative Directors.

The Dellimores founded Glamglow in 2010 exclusively for professional use in Hollywood.
