Kate Hudson's Fabletics has teamed up with Kelly Rowland on a new activewear collection that has 90's nostalgia.
The Winter 2019 capsule, which launched in store and online January 1, is Rowland’s first with the active-lifestyle brand.
Rowland’s capsule is all “about versatility, movement, being comfortable and feeling confident”, according to the pop star.
Blending streetwear and activewear, the line is filled with athletic styles complete with sexy detail finishes in hues like soft mauve, light bronze, black cherry and wine violet, which pay homage to Rowland’s early days in the female group Destiny's Child.
The collection includes seven outfits with items ranging from sports bras, tops and leggings, as well as a bodysuit and hoodie, while the highlight pieces of the collection include a reversible bomber jacket.
“It truly celebrates every woman and every beautiful curve”, Rowland said of the line. “In my collection, I feel ready to take on anything that may come my way, all while looking and feeling great."
Previously, Fabletics has collaborated with U.S. singer and actress Demi Lovato on several collections, which means this might not be Rowland's last collaboration with the company if history repeats itself.
The L.A.-based activewear brand, which celebrated its fifth anniversary last October, has been widely successful boasting over one million subscribers across ten countries.
Since its launch in 2013, the company has expanded its product offering into new categories such as footwear and accessories, and has opened 25 retail locations across the U.S.
