Fashion Forward Dubai names designers for Spring 2017 showcase

Fashion Forward Dubai (FFWD) announced on Monday the participants in the Spring/Summer 2017 Designer Showcase on October 20-23, 2016. The Dubai Design and Fashion Council endorses Fashion Forward Dubai.

 
The SS17 show will showcase 31 designers in total with 5 making their debut at FFWD. The designers include Amal Al Raisi; Amato by Furne One; Ezra; Hussein Bazaza; Kristina Fidelskaya; Lama Jouni; Madiyah Al Sharqi; Maram; Salta; Sotra; Zareena; Arwa Al Banawi; Bedouin; Bouguessa; Hâshé; House of Nomad; HZ by Hissa Zainal; Kage; Mira Hayek; Mrs. Keepa; Orkalia; Said Mahrouf; Tair; Varion Marwah; Zaid Farouki; Zayan the Label; Zena Presley and Starch’s Perverse, Salim Azzam and Timi Hayek.

FFWD provides development, exposure and progressive direction for Dubai and the Middle East. The platform holds runway shows and presentations for couture, ready-to-wear and accessories designers bi-annually in April and October at Dubai Design District. In addition, FFWD hosts the d3 Fashion Talks a series of inspiring seminars and panel discussions led by global industry experts and fashion academia.
