Fenty set to arrive in the UK with Selfridges pop-up

Rihanna’s luxury fashion label under LVMH, Fenty, is making its physical debut in the United Kingdom with a pop-up in historic department store, Selfridges.

Set to open on October 14 and run through October 27, the pop-up will include a variety of apparel, accessories and shoes from the brand, including pieces from its ‘5-19: Buy Black,’ ‘8-19: Street Encounters’ and ‘9-19: Take Up Space’ releases. 

In a press release, the label said the assortment of product was selected to offer a mix of “powerful masculine and feminine looks and exaggerated silhouettes...elevated universal fabrics and luxury construction” in homage to London’s profound impact on fashion and the historic influence of Savile Row. 

Launched in May 2019, Fenty is the latest project from Rihanna, whose other smash-hit brands include the lingerie brand and fashion industry darling, Savage x Fenty, and Fenty Beauty.

Predominantly a digital luxury brand, Fenty has taken to hosting physical pop-ups in some of the fashion world’s most significant shopping destinations, having this year appeared at The Webster in New York and the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées in Paris in June and September, respectively.
