For its fall 2001 U.S. campaign, Fila honors six anonymous women who are accomplished athletes.
Always first to embrace fitness trends, women have long been the favorites of sporting labels. And so Fila, who turns 100 this year, has decided to once again give voice to real women who are not celebrities, but who are dedicated athletes. For its fall 2011 campaign Fila chose six women to represent its Body Toning Collection.

The young women were chosen through an online casting which drew women from 36 U.S. States. They include a single-leg amputee social worker/fitness instructor, a New York City Police Officer, a soccer Olympic hopeful, a fitness blogger, an amateur tri-athlete and a new mother who has rediscovered fitness. The campaign is photographed by David Brebin.
