Fom the Paris runway: Carven

A new duo at the Carven house, with Alexis Martial and Adrien Caillaudaud, who are on the lookout for an active, urban Parisenne with a fresh style. From backstage and alongside the runway, Paris Modes' Sophie de Champsavin and Natalia Grgona share their impressions on the presentation.

The silhouette is dynamic, with several colors reminiscent of the 1960s, for an energetic wardrobe constituted of miniskirts and high-waisted ski-style trousers. The little tops with comfortable volumes are equally very desirable, highlighting this long and lean silhouette. Also of notice is the work on textured materials, with magnificent floral jacquards.

Little smock dresses at the end demonstrate the work of couture ateliers with this French house which is taking on these young designers for a new era.
