Footaction opens first international flagship at Toronto Eaton Centre
Toronto Eaton Centre this weekend welcomed Footaction to its diverse retail mix.
The 6,500-square-foot flagship store, which stands as the first international location for Footaction, houses an assortment of Canadian brands such as Peace Collective, Herschel, and Naked & Famous Denim, as well as sports brands Jordan and Nike, and Puma and Adidas -- available at dedicated Puma Select and Adidas Originals Collective shop-in-shops.
The New York-based sneaker and apparel retailer under Foot Locker also brought its Nice Kicks Lounge concept to the Toronto flagship store and debuted the Capsule|416 by Footaction event and retail storytelling space. Much like Footaction’s other event spaces in North America, Capsule|416 takes cues from local street style.
"We are thrilled to bring the Footaction brand into Canada. With this first store in Toronto Eaton Centre, we're delivering an elevated retail experience to our customers and establishing ourselves as the go-to partner for the world's leading athletic-inspired and lifestyle brands," said Frank Bracken, vice president and general manager, Footaction Canada.
Foot Locker operates Footaction stores and direct-to-consumer channels, and a slew of sneaker retailers such as Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, SIX:02, Runners Point and Sidestep.
