Fourlaps jumps into womenswear for fall 2021

New York-based premium athletic and lifestyle apparel brand, Fourlaps, is jumping into womenswear for fall 2021 with the debut of its first-ever women’s activewear collection.

First launched in 2016, the brand has successfully carved out a niche in the men’s activewear market. Since inception, it has also grown into a seasoned lifestyle brand, with a more diverse offering of stylish staple pieces that wear well both in and out of the gym. 

Next, the women’s offering follows suit with products designed for high-intensity workouts as well as lifestyle pieces for everyday wear, retailing between $48 to $248 and offered in sizes XS – XXL. 

The collection is comprised of essential activewear including leggings, shorts (running and bike), sports bras, tank tops, and t-shirts, as well as trend-forward pieces such as a onesie, wrap/robe, and reversible Sherpa jackets. All the while, the brand’s design signature is complemented by bright colors and abstract prints. 

The line will be available to shop on Fourlaps.com and online via retail partners including Nordstrom and Anthropologie and in stores at Bloomingdale’s and REI.

“At our core, the mission of Fourlaps is to offer high-quality activewear that doesn’t compromise on performance, style, or comfort,” said founder, Daniel Shapiro. 

“Our women’s line is a nod to the current demand for elevated workout gear that easily doubles as loungewear. Each style is made with the customer’s needs in mind — incorporating functional pockets and zippers in super soft, premium materials, all using recycled and biodegradable fabrics.” 

Shapiro is a Gap and American Eagle alum. He worked in various roles for over 10 years before launching Fourlaps.
