Francesco Russo licenses label’s production and distribution to Onward Luxury Group

Italian designer Francesco Russo, who launched his own footwear label in 2013, after working for over 20 years as creative director of the footwear collections for major labels like Costume National, Miu Miu, Yves Saint Laurent, Sergio Rossi and Dior, has signed a production and worldwide distribution deal with Onward Luxury Group (OLG), the Milanese subsidiary of Japanese group Onward Holdings.

 
The agreement’s goal is to allow Russo to focus on his label’s creative development and to accelerate its international expansion, through the OLG showrooms in Milan, Paris, New York and Tokyo.

Francesco Russo currently operates a store in rue de Valois in Paris and is distributed via nearly 80 multibrand retailers worldwide, as well as fashion e-tailers like Farfetch, Net-A-Porter and Matchesfashion.
