Montreal-based retailer Frank And Oak has teamed up with Quebec actress and entrepreneur Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse on an exclusive sports-inspired capsule collection.

The Canadian retailer dropped the 13-piece womenswear collection on Wednesday, with items that pay homage to the sartorial mainstay of the tracksuit and feature a retro sporting aesthetic.

Baptized the 'La-Coupe' collection, the Montreal brand said the collaboration with Sarah-Jeanne “came naturally” given her entrepreneurial spirit, and values that include inclusion and diversity.

“I was involved in all stages of the creation, from ideation to the choice of materials, and through to the fit of each piece. The brand’s work ethic, commitment to the environment and sustainability, and the people behind it, make me more than proud of my first collection of clothing” said Sarah-Jeanne, in a news statement.

The collection features unique styles of track pants, shorts, tees, tanks and dresses that are meant to be styled in numerous ways thanks to loose cuts, drawstrings, and extra length making items easily adjustable to different silhouettes.

True to Frank And Oak’s sustainable values, the collection, now available in select Frank And Oak stores and online, is made from recycled nylon and recycled polyester.

Founded in 2012, Frank And Oak launched as an e-commerce-only brand for men. The company has since expanded into brick-and-mortar, as well as into womenswear with the launch of its first women’s collection in Fall 2016.

The company operates 24 stores across Canada.
