Frank And Oak launches Let’s Give a Shi(r)t campaign
Dec 13, 2018
Canadian lifestyle brand Frank And Oak is ready to give back this holiday season with the launch of its Let’s Give a Shi(r)t campaign.
Launched December 5, the campaign invites shoppers to dispose of their gently used clothing at any of Frank And Oak’s 24 stores across Canada and get into the holiday spirit of giving.
The company has an ambitious goal of redirecting 5,000 garments this season and has promised to match each in-store clothing donation with a donation of a Frank And Oak item, as well as offering customers a 15 percent discount in exchange for the donations.
Items will be distributed to six charities across Canada: Donations received in Ontario will be going to New Circles; donations received in Quebec will be going to Dans la Rue, Renaissance and La Fripe; donations received in BC will be going to VGH Thrift Store; and donations received in Alberta will be going to the Calgary Drop-In Donation Centre.
Donations close December 20 when results of the Let’s Give a Shi(r)t campaign will be shared.
Founded in 2012, Frank And Oak launched as an e-commerce-only brand for men. The company has since expanded into brick-and-mortar, as well as into womenswear with the launch of its first women’s collection in fall 2016.
