H&M USA has expanded is accessibility within the US, now offering any US-based customer the option to use all existing H&M website services in Spanish.

"The H&M brand currently operates in 50 online markets, in 20 respective languages, so it was an easy decision to extend our site to our U.S. Spanish speaking community of fashion fans," said Stefan Vos, chief financial officer of H&M North America.
In addition to the new language option, the mega retailer has also launched a series of new tech features this year. New tools include ’find in store’ and ’in-store mode,’ two tools which allow customers to find specific H&M pieces; ‘ship to store,’ a feature which allows customers to order online and pick up items in-store; ‘notify,’ which sends customers alerts when their favorite product have returned for purchase to the website; and the product sustainability tool, which gives shoppers access to full transparency on where items are made, and the types of materials used, H&M said.
The new language feature comes ahead of the release of H&M’s latest major collaborative collection with Giambattista Valli, set to launch on November 7.
