HSN names Alicia Valencia SVP Beauty

The HSN division of HSN, Inc. has chosen Alicia Valencia as its Senior Vice President of Beauty. Effective July 6th, Ms. Valencia will have full responsibility over HSN’s beauty merchandising, product development, planning and programming strategies.
“The beauty business is a key driver of HSN’s growth and there is no one in the industry who is as capable and accomplished as Alicia to take it to the next level,” said Anne Martin-Vachon, Chief Merchandising Officer for HSN. “We are truly delighted to have someone with her professional background join our team.”
Valencia previously served as the Vice President/General Manager, North America for Bobbi Brown, which followed her three year stint as the brand’s VP, Global Education, Artistry and Events. She spent 20 years managing and developing brands at The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. including the company’s namesake brand, Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Créme de La Mer and Jo Malone London, and spent the 10 years prior with Federated/Allies Stores, now Macy’s.
Valencia has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and completed the General Management and Strategic Planning Program at Wharton in March 2015.
