Illesteva opens Upper East Side retail location

Illesteva continues to expand its US retail presence with the opening of its second New York City store located at 814 Lexington Avenue in the Upper East Side.

 
The Lexington Avenue store is Illesteva’s biggest store to date and it carries the brand’s full optical, sun, leather goods and umbrella collections. Much like the eyewear brand’s other stores, the Upper East Side location features a white ceiling, white walls and wooden shelving fixtures.
 
“Usually brands choose spaces on Madison Avenue when they open stores on the Upper East Side but we've never liked to follow in the footsteps of other labels so we chose to open on Lexington because we fell in love with the space and its architectural details,” said the brand via Instagram.

Founded in 2010, Illesteva operates four additional stores in SoHo in New York City; Abbot Kinney in Venice, CA; Wynwood in Miami and Back Bay in Boston.
