“This agreement is an unprecedented opportunity to showcase our creative, manufacturing, commercial and distributive expertise, and to tap significant scale economies,” said Christian Simoni, CEO of Monnalisa. “We are excited to act as accelerator for this emerging yet absolutely iconic label... Through this partnership, Monnalisa will be able to further broaden its client base, in line with the digital transformation course the company has undertaken,” added Simoni.

“The deal with Monnalisa is a further step in the all-round global expansion of my eponymous label,” said Ferragni. “Tuscany-based Monnalisa is undoubtedly a world leader in high-end childrenswear, and will enable [Chiara Ferragni] to make a statement entrance into this market segment,” she added.

Monnalisa is a well-established high-end childrenswear producer listed on the FTSE AIM Italia Index. It is distributed in over 60 countries, via over 500 multibrand retailers and 48 monobrand stores, in premium luxury shopping destinations.
