"I am excited to have Janice lead our team,” said Rebecca Taylor. “I look forward to a great partnership with her, and being able to leverage her substantial industry experience and business acumen toward growing our brand.”

Sullivan recently served as CEO of Edun Americas, a position she held since 2009. She joined the company after LVMH bought a minority stake in the brand. Sullivan also served as President of Calvin Klein Jeans, where she was responsible for all US operations, held executive positions within Liz Claiborne, Inc., including President of DKNY Jeans and Active.

Sullivan will report to Kellwood CEO, Joe Lombardi. Taylor will continue to serve as the brand’s Creative Director.

Kellwood Company designs, manufactures and markets a portfolio of contemporary fashion brands, junior and women’s fashion labels and private label apparel. The company is an affiliated portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners, Inc.
