Jimmy Choo to unveil first store in Colombia

The luxury footwear brand is entering the Colombian market with the unveiling of its new store in Bogotá on November 9th, operated by the local group Panameño Wisa.

The deal between the Colombian group and Jimmy Choo stands between a franchise and a distribution agreement. Although Wisa is not authorized to sell Jimmy Choo franchises in the country, it is responsible for the overall management of the brand and its correct operation in Colombia.

The Bogotá store has been designed in line with the aesthetics of other Jimmy Choo stores worldwide, which meant some of the furniture had to be imported.

Based on market behavior, the group is planning to grow the store network further for the holiday season.
