Joe Fresh closes last remaining NYC store

Canadian fashion retailer and brand Joe Fresh closed its last remaining New York City store on 462 Broadway in SoHo.

 
The SoHo store stood as Joe Fresh’s sole New York City location since March after the retailer closed its Fifth Avenue location. The recent closing marks the completion of Joe Fresh’s mass exodus out of New York City. The retailer issued a statement to the American press saying, "We are currently evaluating retail opportunities in new and existing markets. This involves the brand remodeling, relocating or closing certain stores, including the Soho location in New York."
 
Joe Fresh closed its Fifth Avenue store in March prior to closing its SoHo store. The Fifth Avenue store formerly located at 510 Fifth Avenue will be replaced by The North Face, which will open a flagship store at the 20,00-square-foot space.

Joe Fresh operated five stores in New York City at Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue, SoHo, Flatiron and Herald Square.
