Through Hero, John Hardy store associates can assist online shoppers with live messaging, video and AI. The partnership, which marks as one of the first for the jewelry industry, allows for John Hardy to highlight intricate details of jewelry that could go overlooked if the product was being seen online.

Audrey Yu, Vice President of Global Digital, John Hardy said, "Hero has created something very special, at a time when retailers, especially in the luxury space, are needing to champion innovative ways to bring the brand experience and high touch service to where the clients are - online.

According to Yu, the Hero service boosted John Hardy’s online conversion rates by almost 10% and increased the average order value by 44%.

Founded in Bali in 1975, John Hardy offers handcrafted luxury jewelry and one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by the techniques of Balinese artisans. The brand currently operates standalone boutiques in New York City and Houston and an Ubud Workshop in Bali.
