Karl Lagerfeld x Olivia Palermo: Collection lands June 27

The fruit of the collaboration between Olivia Palermo and the Karl Lagerfeld brand -- founded by the late fashion designer of the same name -- is due on sale in June. Designs will be available in stores, online and via selected partners.

Announced February 13 -- just days before the death of the legendary German designer and photographer -- the partnership between Olivia Palermo and the Karl Lagerfeld brand is finally taking shape. The collection, which comprises various creations channeling femininity and Parisian style, is a veritable homage to Karl Lagerfeld. It is slated for release early this summer.

Collection highlights include a black leather biker jacket bearing inscriptions that pay tribute to the late German designer, such as the white graffiti-style "Karl State of Mind" tag, as well as "Forever Karl" and "#KarlxOlivia."

The collection, co-designed by Olivia Palermo, also features white shirts, a tuxedo suit, skinny-cut leather biker pants, technical leggings and a sports bra. All of the designs are evidently inspired by the personal style of Olivia Palermo.

Fashion fans will have to wait until June 27 for the "Karl Lagerfeld Styled by Olivia Palermo" collection to drop in Karl Lagerfeld stores, via selected partners and online at www.karl.com and www.oliviapalermo.com, according to WWD.
