The Men’s Wearhouse and Kenneth Cole Productions announced Monday the launch of the “Awearness Kenneth Cole” collection available exclusively at Men’s Wearhouse stores and online.
The tailored collection consists of suits, sport coats, dress slacks, ties and dress shirts all designed in New York City and retailing for under $700. The companies first announced the collection in June and partnered with Hire Heroes USA and Help USA to benefit military veterans. One percent contribution from all everyday gross sales of the Awearness collection will go toward helping veterans to transition back into the workforce.
"Hire Heroes USA is honored to be chosen as one of the charitable partners of the new Men's Wearhouse & Awearness Kenneth Cole collection," said Brian Stann, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and President and Chief Executive Officer of Hire Heroes USA. "Empowering veterans to succeed in the civilian workforce is our top priority. Partnering with organizations who share in this passion only strengthens our effort to end veteran unemployment."
"Help USA is thrilled and grateful for the generous support from this campaign. This new partnership with Men's Wearhouse and the Awearness Kenneth Cole line will allow us to continue funding our housing and supportive services for veterans throughout this nation," said Maria Cuomo Cole, Chairman of Help USA.
Hire Heroes USA is a national nonprofit organization headquartered in Alpharetta, GA that empowers U.S. military members, veterans and spouses to succeed in the civilian workforce through personalized employment training. Help USA is one of the nation’s largest providers of housing and supportive services for the homeless.
This Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2015, Men’s Wearhouse will increase the donation amount to 10% of all gross sales of Awearness Kenneth Cole products that business day.
