Kenneth Cole enters license agreement with Global Brands

Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. and Global Brands Group Holding Limited announced on Thursday that they have entered into a US licensing agreement for men’s, women’s and children’s apparel and handbags.

 
As per the agreement, the products will be under the Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction, and Unlisted, a Kenneth Cole Production labels.
 
"As we continue to grow and evolve the Kenneth Cole brand around the world we are excited to partner with a global leader like Global Brands, with vast design, distribution, operational, and sourcing capabilities, to better service our growing brand footprint," said Marc Schneider, Chief Executive Officer of Kenneth Cole Productions. "We are excited about this partnership and the growth opportunities it affords us in these categories of our business."

The new licensing agreement follows Kenneth Cole’s partnership announcement with LF Brands. The company in January entered a three-year partnership with LF Brands to launch men’s and women’s Kenneth Cole New York footwear and women’s Gentle Souls footwear in select cities in France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Benelux this fall.
