Kmart’s President Alasdair James has left the company, marking the third exec to leave Sears Holding, Kmart’s parent company, in the last three months.

This news comes following Sears’ President Joelle Maher departure last December, and Jeffrey Balagna, Sears’ Executive Vice President just after that.

James cut his teeth at Tesco before joining Sears three years ago, holding several top positions within the grocery chain.

As per company policy, Sears did not announce the departure, but James’ name was discreetly removed from the company's website. James has not announced his next move yet.

With James’ departure, only eleven executives are left at Sears . This announcement is just another blow to the brand, who has been fighting plunging sales quarter after quarter. As of year end on January 28th, Sears reported a  fourth quarter revenue fall from $6.1 billion to $7.3 billion. In fiscal 2016, Sears saw a drop in revenue from $25.1 billion in 2015 to $22.1 billion. Over 150 Sears locations are set to shutter their doors this year.
